Take these numbers as a guide for keyword suggestion and that there is a market for this keyword.

Competing Pages = These are the actual competitors that are that are competing for this keyword or phrase. This page should give you and idea of how many people are including these keyword or keywords in their website's title for search engine optimization. Competing Adwords= These numbers are for those who focus on making money with Google adwords. Think of these numbers not only as results for who you have to compete with in Google adwords but measure them by pages as well. Like search in if you are not in the top 10 results you want be seen. Google adwords shows about 10 results per page. So if you see numbers  10 or lower, then that's a cheap way to get seen. But if you see numbers 50+, stay away unless you have a lot of money.
